Do You Charge Hourly?
Yes. iBox Moving uses hourly pricing for local moves. Your rate is based on the crew size shown in the written estimate.
What Is Included?
The hourly rate includes the moving crew, equipped truck, loading, local transportation, unloading, standard furniture protection, basic disassembly and reassembly, moving blankets, shrink wrap, tape, dollies, tools, and complimentary use of wardrobe boxes during the move.
How Is Time Calculated?
Local moves have a three-hour minimum. After the minimum, time is billed in 15-minute increments. The estimate explains when billable time begins and ends.
What Is Double Drive Time?
When the pickup and delivery addresses are more than 10 miles apart, California double drive time may apply. Only the driving time between the two addresses is doubled, not loading or unloading.
