The total is primarily based on the hourly crew rate multiplied by billable time, subject to the three-hour minimum and applicable travel terms.

- Stairs, elevators, long carries, and parking
- Packing readiness and requested packing service
- Furniture disassembly and reassembly
- Distance and California double drive time when applicable
Are There Other Fees?
A 3% processing fee applies to card payments. An accepted item over 300 pounds has a $150 heavy-item fee. Any applicable charge should appear in the written estimate.

Provide both addresses, move date, property sizes, inventory, access details, and heavy items. We will recommend a crew and send a written estimate.
