Your hourly rate includes the professional crew, equipped truck, loading, local transportation, unloading, furniture placement, and standard protection.
Which Materials and Equipment Are Included?
- Moving blankets and furniture pads
- Shrink wrap and tape for standard furniture protection
- Dollies, straps, and basic moving tools
- Complimentary wardrobe-box use during the move
- Standard furniture disassembly and reassembly
Boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and materials for loose household contents are separate unless stated in the estimate.
Are Stairs and Elevators Extra?
There is no separate stairs or elevator fee. Access and waiting time are part of total working time.
What May Cost Extra?
Examples include packing service and materials, a $150 fee for an accepted item over 300 pounds, special building protection, and a 3% card-processing fee. DDT may apply when addresses are more than 10 miles apart.
