When Should I Schedule My Move?

Scheduling a local move with iBox Moving

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

Book as soon as your move date is confirmed. One to two weeks may be sufficient for many local moves, but more notice gives you better crew and time-window availability.

Which Dates Fill First?

Weekends and the beginning and end of the month are usually busiest. Buildings with limited elevator windows also require earlier coordination.

Do You Accept Last-Minute Moves?

Sometimes, depending on crew and truck availability. Same-day or next-day service is not guaranteed.

What If My Date Changes?

Contact us promptly. Rescheduling is subject to crew and truck availability on the new date.
