What Is the iBox Moving Cancellation Policy?

Can I Cancel My Move?
Yes. Cancellation is free when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
How Do I Cancel?
Call or contact the office as soon as your plans change. Do not rely only on an unanswered voicemail or message when the move is less than 24 hours away.
Can I Reschedule?
Yes, subject to crew and truck availability on the new date. Contact us as early as possible so we can update the schedule and estimate if needed.
Was a Deposit Paid?
No deposit is currently required for local moves. Review the cancellation terms in your signed estimate because that document controls your specific booking.
