Does iBox Moving Move Pianos or Heavy Items?
Do You Move Pianos?
No. iBox Moving does not accept piano moves. Pianos require specialized equipment, training, and handling that are outside our current service scope.
Can You Move Other Heavy Items?
Some appliances, furniture, and other heavy household items may be accepted after review. Send the item type, dimensions, estimated weight, photos, and details about stairs, elevators, and walking distance before booking.
Is There a Heavy-Item Fee?
An accepted item weighing more than 300 pounds has a $150 heavy-item fee. We do not accept extremely heavy safes or any item that cannot be handled safely with our crew and ramp-equipped truck.
When Will You Confirm?
We confirm acceptance only after reviewing the item and access. Do not assume that a heavy or oversized item is included unless it appears in your written estimate.
