All moves include standard valuation coverage as required by law. This is known as “Released Value Protection” and provides basic reimbursement based on weight — typically $0.60 per pound per item.
Can I Purchase Full Coverage?
Yes. If you want full replacement value coverage (to be reimbursed based on actual value), we can refer you to third-party insurance providers that specialize in moving protection. Just let us know before your move.
Does My Homeowners or Renters Insurance Cover My Move?
